Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our workshop. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days within the US, and 5–10 business days internationally. We'll send tracking the moment your piece is on its way.

Yes — orders over $150 ship free within the US. Standard shipping is $12 for orders below that threshold.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn pieces in original packaging. Custom and engraved items are final sale.

Absolutely. Sizing exchanges are free within 30 days. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the new size as soon as we receive the original.

Yes. Every piece we sell is 100% authentic, guaranteed. Our natural diamonds are mined and our lab-grown diamonds are chemically and physically identical to mined diamonds — they're just grown in a controlled lab environment.

Chemically, optically, and physically — there's no difference. Both are made of carbon and have the same hardness, sparkle, and brilliance.

The difference is origin: natural diamonds form deep in the earth over billions of years, while lab-grown diamonds are created in weeks using extreme heat and pressure. Lab-grown diamonds typically cost 30–60% less than natural diamonds of the same quality.

Most of our pieces are available in 14K Yellow Gold, 14K White Gold, 14K Rose Gold, and 14K Two Tone. Some pieces are available in Platinum or Sterling Silver — check the product page for the specific options.

Every Oxford piece is backed by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty. If anything fails due to manufacturing — a stone falls out, a clasp breaks, a setting loosens — we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
